Understanding our subscription cancellation and refund procedures.
Thank you for your interest in Aicuronn Technologies Pvt Ltd. Please read the cancellation policy and refund policy before enrolling in any of the subscription plans, as once you have enrolled you agree to the refund and cancellation policy of the Curonn Service. The following terms are applicable for any subscriptions that you purchased with us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
In this policy, references to "You", "Your", "User" shall mean the end user accessing the Website or the Services, and "We", "Us" and "Our" shall mean the Company, its affiliates and partners.
For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You are entitled to cancel your enrolment in a course or Subscription within 24 hours (or before) of the start of the Subscription without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
How to Cancel:
Email: it@curonn.com with your email ID and phone number used during registration, or call us at the number listed below.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request at help@hellokidney.ai.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
